Our 05-Phase Framework

For a Lasting Culture Change

We follow a proven framework, in which each phase builds on the last. Our trainers guide every-step to make the process easy to implement and sustain.

How it's done

Evidence-Based Program

Building Belonging in Schools

With proven methodology, HumanKind trains educators and student leaders to become certified HumanKind Ambassadors.

These Ambassadors lead structured, cooperative play experiences that break down social barriers and create shared moments of challenge, trust, and connection.

Each experience is followed by guided reflection, helping participants process what they felt, how they showed up for others, and what they learned about inclusion, courage, and leadership.

The results are both immediate and enduring. Partner institutions report stronger peer connection, increased cross-group interaction, greater psychological safety, and more courageous student leadership. This also results in less isolation, decreased disciplinary actions, and reduced absenteeism.
